November 8th. Friday. 9 pm.

The kitchen was filled with shouts, the occasional clatter of kitchen utensils, and the rarest silence. Sprout and Cosmo seemed to be having a serious argument... It all started last year, specifically at the end of the new year. Back then, Dandy and Dial announced that since Gardenview was temporarily (and possibly forever...) closed, three whole new floors would be added to their habitat. Yes, these were floors with inventory toons, including the Christmas floor with its inhabitants... When Ginger started being with them regularly after the new year, then... something changed a lot. Yes, on the one hand, it became easier, because Ginger helped them in the kitchen; the work went much faster and, in general, it was more fun with three of them, right? Cosmo... didn't think so. He was glad that his sister was here, with him, but... he now began to feel like a third wheel. A lot. Sprout cooked next to her, and in general, he and Cosmo's sister began to spend more time together. Sprout was very interested in hearing about what happened outside Gardenview in the winter, and Ginger was glad that finally someone besides Cosmo was listening to her. Cosmo... no matter how hard he tried to get their attention, nothing worked, and Sprout and Ginger would give a curt reply or simply ignore him. There was a time when Sprout and Ginger finished their shift and turned off the kitchen lights, forgetting Cosmo was with them, washing dishes... But Ginger hadn't shown up for a week because the elevators were broken, but when they were fixed and she and Sam came into the kitchen, they... they simply stood there watching the conflict.
