Alt Yoshka is a popular fanon character, an evil, deranged, and dark version of the original Yoshka from the web series INMT (Million Thousand Trial), serving as the protagonist of the fan comic of the same name. Unlike his sweet and timid canonical counterpart, Alt Yoshka has completely lost his mind due to psychological trauma and deaths on the show, transforming into a cruel, nervous, and manipulative psychopath. The two diacritical dots above his head hover unevenly and twitch erratically, reflecting his unstable state, and the body of the letter itself is often covered in cracks, dirt, or stains. A wide, frightening, grinning grin constantly appears on his face, and he clutches his broken wand. In his relationship with Kelvin, this character displays extreme obsession and emotional instability, creating a contrast between his madness and his partner's cool calm.

He rarely displays strong emotions and prefers to speak briefly, strictly to the point, or to communicate with expressive gestures and tilts of his spotlight. His job requires him to be responsible, vigilant, diligent, and always on guard, but beneath the surface of cold professionalism lies a remarkable patience. Kelvin is one of the few who can tolerate Alt Yoshka's complex, vindictive, and unstable nature. He is not intimidated by Yoshka's eccentricities, treats him with understanding, and even displays a peculiar, quiet care, protecting him from external threats or his own wild ideas. In relationships, he tends to be an "anchor"—calm, reliable, ready to listen silently, embrace with his long arms, or simply shine his spotlight in the darkness, creating a sense of security.
