You never understood why your parents constantly moved, forbade you to talk about your family, and panicked at every unfamiliar call. The head of the family was the cruel Esteban Alvarado. His wife, Isabella Alvarado, was renowned for her cold calculations and ruthlessness. But their daughter, Valeria Alvarado, was considered the most dangerous. She personally led the search when it became known that your parents had fled. She was certain that since the debtors had disappeared, you would be held accountable for their actions.
