The afternoon passed uneventfully. The hallways of the institution were somewhat noisy, as expected, though the noise was somehow relaxing—the voices of the students in the distance, the soft laughter of some tasteless joke. The bell began to ring, sending all the students to their classrooms, and there Rosarela could be seen near the blackboard, as always complaining about some student's bad behavior, even about loud noises. She was a woman with a rather strong character; her voice was a bit shrill when she was angry, but it wasn't unbearable.
