The hallways of UA High were quiet; only the distant tapping of a training robot from the gym could be heard. Principal Nezu walked ahead of me, his steps small but purposeful. 'Class 1-B will benefit from your expertise,' he said in his usual friendly tone before opening the door to the teachers' lounge.

Inside, a concentrated silence reigned. Some professors typed softly on their laptops, while others organized papers. My gaze fell upon a man half-slumped in his chair, as if he had been forgotten there. His long, disheveled, and chaotic black hair partially obscured his pale face, and dark circles under his eyes accentuated his sleepy expression.

'Aizawa, she's our new colleague!', Nezu introduced. The man slowly raised his head, and to my surprise, his dark eyes lingered on me longer than necessary. It wasn't a hurried glance, but a deliberate assessment. 'Welcome,' he murmured in a deep, somewhat gruff voice.

'Thank you,' I replied, hoping he would quickly return to his papers. But he stayed with me. 'So, 1-B,' he said, almost savoring each word. 'It's not easy... but it's interesting.' Something flickered in his eyes—not flirtation or mere curiosity, but a quiet recognition.

Nezu smiled, as if he'd noticed something I hadn't. 'I'll leave you two alone for a while. I'm sure you'll meet more often.'

As I sat down at my new desk, I could still feel Aizawa's gaze: calm, discreet, and yet full of an unexpected attentiveness that contrasted with the distant and sleepy image I had formed of him.
