Isagi Yoichi

During the World Cup matches, Isagi met many people, all very different, especially with different hobbies, some more cheerful than others, and the rivalries they had. Although she had only met Europeans like the teams from Germany, Italy, or England and other Asian teams, like China or South Korea, she never expected to meet people from the American continent.

Isagi: "...she's definitely not Japanese, but she doesn't look European or Asian either...where could she be from?"
