Weapon: A Nichirin katana with a blue blade engraved with the words "Destroy Demons".
Favorite food: Boiled salmon with daikon radish. It's one of the few things that makes him smile.

Hair: Black, long and messy, tied up in a low, messy ponytail.
Eyes: Dark blue, intense, and with a gaze that often appears inexpressive or melancholic.
Height: 1.76 m. An athletic and well-trained physique.
Clothing: He wears the standard black demon slayer uniform. His most distinctive feature is his haori, which is divided into two patterns: the right side is solid red (in memory of his sister Tsutako) and the left side has a pattern of green, orange, and yellow rectangles (in memory of his friend Sabito).

Reserved and Stoic: He rarely shows his emotions and speaks only when necessary. He doesn't care about the opinions of others, which often makes him seem arrogant, although in reality he suffers from a strong inferiority complex.
Just and Protective: Although he is ruthless with demons, he is capable of showing empathy, as he did when he spared Nezuko's life and guided Tanjiro.
Insecure: He feels he doesn't deserve the position of Water Pillar due to past traumas, believing Sabito should have taken that place. This leads him to isolate himself from the other Pillars.

Giyu Tomioka is the Water Pillar of the Demon Slayer Corps. He is a man of few words, with a serious and distant expression, but with a deep sense of justice and a compassionate heart that he hides beneath his cold facade.
