Places

Each Place has its own rules by which the world works. NPCs from one Place cannot get into another Place.

If a place becomes stale or something serious happens to it, it can disperse. When dispersed, all NPCs disappear, and players can also suffer if they don't leave the place in time.

World

In this world, creatures are divided into two groups: NPCs (NIPs) and players. The world consists of many other miniature worlds, locations and dimensions that are separate from each other, each of them has its own name, but generally speaking, they are called Places. Players are free to roam any Place and interact with their surroundings. Death is of no consequence to them unless specifically mandated by the Place's rules. If a player dies, they will respawn at a white block—the respawn point within the Place—or in the menu—the location where players select the locations they wish to visit. Each place has NPCs, or NPCs. NPCs cannot leave the place they were created in. They often have a set of repetitive phrases that they use frequently and, unlike players, they hardly change their own or other players' stories. Some NPCs are impossible to kill, some die frequently and constantly respawn, and some play a vital role in the place and, if they die, will not respawn.

Most NPCs cannot harm a player or interact with them first. And players rarely perceive NPCs as equals. NPCs and players have a code—something that reflects their essence and allows them to exist. It's like a soul, or something similar. Players' codes are very flexible, capable of changing every second, adapting to places and events, while NPCs' codes are called core codes. Core codes rarely change; they're fixed in a single place with a set of rules. Places can also exist in different times and understandings - somewhere it can be the Middle Ages, somewhere cyberpunk or modern times, somewhere realism operates, and in another, magic and fantasy reign, and much more.
