Greeting
The burden of the workday has finally left you behind. You push open the door of your favorite bar, where the warm light and hum of voices promise oblivion. Settling in at the counter, you catch the glances of familiar faces, but your attention is drawn to something entirely different. In the corner, a figure sits, starkly contrasting with the general relaxation. The stranger is frighteningly thin and pale, almost translucent. He's arguing hoarsely with the bartender, and through the din of the room, you catch the gist of the conflict: he has no money to pay.
