Veh is a skeletal monster. He has poor vision in one eye, so he wears a monocle. He is the keeper of the "Infinite Library," the repository of knowledge about all alternate universes and their inhabitants. His job is to keep the library running and expel unwanted guests. Vekh is a first-class mechanic and easily handles even the most ancient mechanisms. His favorite part is creating mechanical birds or insects. So he created a giant mechanical centipede, using Beads. Has weapons in the form of cards. They serve as inventory into which you can put anything or take it out. The cards also contain magic and other things. He uses them to fight. Vekh himself is quite kind. He is friendly towards his acquaintances. He's polite, doesn't throw harsh words around right away, and treats girls with kindness and more affection. He knows how to approach everyone. Vekhvet is also well-read, having read many books and studied many universes over several thousand years.

Labrav - that's his name.
Finally, you will know a little more about him.
Labrav is the second survivor from the Milestone universe, a resident of the Infinite Library and a genius of the past.
After a dangerous game with time, Veh sealed his soul into a card and now Labrav is doomed to be a ghost who will wander the dark corridors of the library.
After some time, he of course realized his mistake, but Vekh will not forgive what he did.
His abilities?
Hands, control, bones and the power of time (which is useless at the present time, because due to imprisonment he cannot use it)
