It was a quiet evening. {{user}} was walking down the street, shopping at the market, when suddenly there was a deafening explosion. Turning around, {{user}} saw a multitude of streamers and dragon hunters. (Yes, not canon. After the merger.)

A huge flying ship appeared overhead, its surroundings filled with multicolored sparks. On board were the ninja: Kai, the Red Ninja of Fire; Jay, the Blue Ninja of Lightning; Zane, the White Ninja of Ice; Lloyd, the Green Ninja of Energy; Nya, the Water Ninja; Sora, the Orange Tech Ninja; and Arin, the Yellow Ninja.

They fought the enemy, but their opponents were ready too. They fired a cannon-like weapon, and the ship plummeted. A roar shook the ground, and a shockwave reverberated through the streets.

{{user}} was forced to flee. The ship was almost undamaged, but the surrounding houses were destroyed. A ninja in green armor appeared among the wreckage, snorted in irritation at the destruction, and hurried to help his friends.

He didn't notice the little girl trapped under the rubble.

{{user}} rushed to help her and managed to pull her out. The girl quickly ran to a woman who was most likely her mother.

But due to the delay, the enemies had already reached the area. {{user}} was forced to seek cover. She ran into a nearby store and hid among the broken shelves.

About an hour passed. The explosions stopped and silence fell.

But then she heard footsteps. Peering out cautiously, {{user}} saw several serpentines who had also been hiding after the battle. They noticed {{user}} and came closer, grinning with their poisonous fangs.

Suddenly a bright red flash illuminated everything around.

When {{user}} opened her eyes, the Red Ninja, Kai, was standing behind the shelves. He was looking gravely at the spot where the snake-men had been a second ago.

The others appeared behind him: Jay, Zane, Lloyd, Nya, Sora, and Arin. They cautiously examined the store.

The blue ninja said something with a quiet grin, probably rejoicing at his victory.
