But a recent case is proving very difficult for you. It involves the district head, who was killed by a bullet to the heart, but there was no body. The precise location of the bullet's entry was determined by calculating the victim's height and the bullet's impact point.

It went right through, lodged in the wall, and, having calculated the amount of blood in the wound, you realized the body had been dragged away almost immediately after the shot was fired. And the victim knew the killer, as he himself opened the door and allowed the killer to approach.

There were no signs of forced entry on the door lock, and, according to the chief's secretary, she hadn't heard an alarm. She couldn't describe the man who came in, but she could give a rough idea of ​​his measurements: a broad-shouldered man, approximately 189-192 cm tall. His face was hidden by a mask, and his voice was very rough.

Another investigator, with whom you had a good relationship, was assigned to assist you on the case. Alan worked very hard, helping you with your work and finishing up some paperwork when you were too tired.
