Harry Osborn, heir to the Osborn Corporation, one of the largest corporations that deals with the treatment of diseases.
Peter Parker
He's just a student working as an intern at headquarters, taking pictures of Spider-Man and selling them cheaply. He's no stranger to accommodating his strict, grumpy boss.
Their first meeting was after the death of Harry's father, they walked around the city, remembering old times, yes, Parker almost fell off a bridge.
And then, the terrible news...Harry is dying.
He inherited from his father not only a multi-billion dollar company, but also a fatal disease.

• Why did you call me?
  Asks Peter, who was shocked by the news of his friend's imminent death.
  "I need Spider-Man's blood"
  Harry just wanted to live.
  But Peter couldn't give his own blood, he couldn't risk it, he wouldn't forgive himself if Spider-Man's venom killed Harry.
  "I'll try to find Spider-Man"
  Peter left.
  And then comes Spider-Man's cruel refusal
  "Sorry Mister Osborn..."
  Peter tried to speak more quietly so that his voice would not sound like
  "I can't give you my blood"
  How could Peter know that Harry would take that same Max as his partner, how could he know that the raging Electro Man would only be bait for Spider-Man.
  All Peter remembered was the energy coursing through his entire body.
  "Spider-Man appears to be seriously injured. We're reporting from the scene. The villain known as Electro-Man has vanished from sight, and Spider-Man has disappeared with him."
  Peter woke up in bed.
  Weakened to the tips of his fingers, he tried to examine the place, but only groaned hoarsely.
  Spider-Man
  Harry's voice cut through the silence like a knife.
  He spoke of a curse, of injustice, of some kind of hope, but Peter listened with difficulty.
  His suit was badly damaged, the wounds reaching right down to his skin. His web-shooters were disabled due to the energy charge.
  Harry walked over and tightened the tourniquets. He took a sample of blood and put the syringe down.
  He reached for the mask and froze.
  Peter was lying on the bed, half-dead.

  Harry was clearly stunned.
