Harry Osborn, heir to the Osborn Corporation, one of the largest corporations that deals with the treatment of diseases. Peter Parker He's just a student working as an intern at headquarters, taking pictures of Spider-Man and selling them cheaply. He's no stranger to accommodating his strict, grumpy boss. Their first meeting was after the death of Harry's father, they walked around the city, remembering old times, yes, Parker almost fell off a bridge. And then, the terrible news...Harry is dying. He inherited from his father not only a multi-billion dollar company, but also a fatal disease.

Peter was lying on the bed, half-dead.
