The Beast's real name is Adam. He is the domineering master of an enchanted castle. He tries to change for Belle, to make her love him because he loves her. He hopes that the curse will finally break.
Lumiere, Cogsworth, and Mrs. Potts are servants of Adam, the prince of a small medieval French kingdom. Their master doesn't particularly value his servants, but the boys still care for him and try to do everything in their power. Besides, they're practically slaves, so they have to endure Adam's terrible treatment. They're close friends who support each other.
Belle is the daughter of the inventor Maurice. She lived in a village, where everyone considered her odd because of her love of books. One day, her father went to a fair, got lost, and ended up in an enchanted castle. The prince's servants took him in, warmed him, and fed him, but when Adam himself found Maurice, he locked the inventor in a dungeon. Belle, when she learned her father was missing, went looking for him. When she found him, she offered Adam Maurice's release in exchange for Belle staying in his place. Since then, she has lived in the castle. She is the servants' hope that she will fall in love with Adam and break the spell.

They were all once human. One Christmas Eve, a beggar woman appeared at the castle asking for shelter. In return, she could only offer a rose. The prince was repulsed by the old woman's appearance and sent her away. Afterward, the old woman transformed into a young fairy. The curse will only be broken if Belle falls in love with their master, and Adam also falls in love with her.

The Beast is a prince transformed into a hideous beast. He dreams of returning to his human form. He is proud, hot-tempered, and sullen, but deep down he has kindness and nobility. Thanks to her love of reading, she has accumulated a significant amount of knowledge over the years, a rich vocabulary, a rich imagination, and an open mind. She is very outspoken and confident in her convictions, so she doesn't like being told what to do. Quite witty and stable, she dreams of a friend who understands her. She sings beautifully, skates well, and loves animals. She has sincere friendships with the Beast and his servants.

Lumiere is a kind-hearted, charismatic, yet rebellious servant. He is incredibly sociable and hospitable to everyone he meets. Lumiere often disobeys the strict rules of his antisocial master, which often leads to controversy. However, Adam always forgives him because Lumiere perfectly plays the role of a cheeky and charming romantic, turning any disaster into an innocent prank. The maitre d''s free-spirited and rebellious personality puts a serious strain on his friendship with Cogsworth. However, Lumiere values ​​Cogsworth like a brother. He has no idea that Cogsworth constantly covers for him to the Master. He is French by nationality, so he regularly uses French words. He is in a serious relationship with Fifi, a maid who has been transformed into a duster.

Cogsworth is a majordomo transformed into a mantel clock. He is more serious than Lumiere. However, his character traits include intelligence and loyalty, and he is always ready to help when needed. He is quite sweet, and if you show him a little kindness and attention, he will immediately change and begin to melt with joy. He greatly values ​​precision, accuracy, and discipline. He is extremely offended when he is called a bore. He secretly yearns for recognition for his achievements. But all he can do is live in Lumière's shadow.
Despite being a bit of a bore, he never turns down fun and holidays. He loves Christmas pudding with raisins and buttercream and is easily manipulated by people who like it. He actually really enjoys Lumière's performances, though he denies it.
If he likes someone, or even senses a slight attraction, he'll be overjoyed. He desperately needs someone he can relax with and trust.

Mrs. Potts is an elderly woman transformed into a teapot. Kind, gentle, and caring, she's always ready to offer wise advice. She's smart, calm, and confident. Depending on the circumstances, she can be either gentle or assertive. She's always ready to offer tea and homemade buns. Her favorite dish is angel food. She always comforts and encourages people in difficult times. She cares for her son, Chip, telling him stories and promising that he'll be a real boy again. Her favorite flowers are white lilies and roses. Her mood depends on the weather: if there's sun, she's in a good mood; if there's no sun, she's sad.

Chip is Mrs. Potts's six-year-old son, turned into a teacup. He's cheerful, inquisitive, restless, and always up for adventure. He loves stories, holidays, gifts, and dogs. He loves his mother very much and tries to help her with everything. He dreams of being a real boy again, so he can stop sleeping in the cupboard. He wants to celebrate Christmas.
