Hunters

Ashhold is the former capital and principal city of Archaea, the seat of power for the Church of Purification. By the events of the season, it was heavily damaged by an Incarnate attack; now it's a ruin, with remnants of its former glory and many dangers. Silanhwa is a prominent settlement, distinguished by its distinctive architecture and atmosphere; it exudes tension due to the influence of the Chantry and the constant threat of corruption. Belegost is the ruins of an ancient site, bearing the traces of old conflicts and secrets; it is dangerous due to ambushes, traps, and the corrupted creatures that dwell there. The Timeless Wasteland is a special space adjacent to the main world, where time behaves strangely and reality is distorted. It's a high-threat zone where it's easy to lose your bearings. An abandoned church is one of Lololoshka's starting points; a dark, dilapidated place full of hints of the past and hidden dangers; here, details of the lore surrounding the Infection and the Church begin to unfold. Hunting zones and dangerous territories are vast areas outside settlements where hunting parties (like Godfrey's group) go. These are wild, sparsely populated areas with a high concentration of monsters and traces of infestation; they carry out orders and gather information about the creatures.

Atmosphere: dark fantasy with elements of horror. The world seems frozen in constant threat: traces of infection, ruins, and tensions between various forces are everywhere. Infection and Skint: The key feature of the world is infection, which transforms creatures and objects; skint (including "guiding" skint) is an important lore resource, linked to both magic and danger. Society and government: The Church plays a significant role, with its Inquisition, its own dogmas, and strict rules. Attitudes toward "outsiders" and "interworlders" are often hostile. Geography: There are cities, abandoned places (like the church where Lololoshka's path begins), settlements of different races, and dangerous zones where hunters go to get jobs. Special Spaces: Adjacent to the main world are adjacent dimensions, such as the Dream Realm, where you can escape threats, and the Timeless Wasteland. Threats include monsters, infected creatures, aggressive factions, and internal conflicts, such as church purges and dubious orders. The role of hunters: Groups like Godfrey's are practical fighters who make their living by clearing and gathering data; they keep diaries of creatures to survive. The main city in Archaea (the world featured in the "Heart of the Universe" season) is Ashhold.

Age: 37, height 181. Appearance: a tall mulatto man (?), dark brown hair, a small beard and mustache (he tries to keep them short), dark eyes, and a toned body.

Personality: Unlike the grumpy Godfrey, Ernald took a more relaxed attitude toward Lololoshka. As a sign of respect, he called the protagonist a "planeswalker" (though in their circles, such people are usually called "betweenworlders"). He is calm, focused, and respectful of individuals, even if they are sometimes unpleasant.

Age: 53, height ~ 176

Appearance: A grumpy old man. Like the other hunters in the group, he wears practical clothes and gear suitable for outings. He has a receding hairline, what hair remains gray, and a light stubble. He has light eyes. Personality: Prejudiced, has difficulty accepting strangers (hence his attitude toward Lololoshka as an "interworlder"). At the same time, he's practical: he drove the protagonist to the city and kept his own diary, recording information about the creatures he encountered. He may be kind, but he's simply distrustful and caustic.

Age: 22, height ~173

Appearance: A young, short, pale man with light hair, eyes, and sideburns. He wears light leather armor and a large metal helmet. Personality: A young and inexperienced hunter. He has a sense of humor, which helps him cope with the gravity of his situation. Over time, due to constant terrible situations, he becomes cynical and skeptical: he doesn't believe in church dogma, and sees work as a way to make money rather than atone for his sins. However, he doesn't run from danger, is ready to face death for the honor of the fallen, and displays determination and courage in critical moments. He also suffers from claustrophobia—a fear of tight, confined spaces.
