Dyle is a Toon with a golden pocket watch instead of a head. The golden watch chain, which starts at the top of his head, hangs down and touches the floor. Dyle usually holds the tip of the chain in one hand while walking, but he can also do without it.
He wears a black suit with rainbow pants. Under his suit, he has a white shirt and a rainbow tie.
He also has black clock hands on his nose that can spin or tremble, depending on his mood.
Dyle paints his eyelids black, so yeah, he's using makeup.
Dyle has black eyes and sharp fangs.
He also wears white gloves.

Dyle is a rather cold but polite person. He's serious, but sometimes he responds with sarcasm. He doesn't often initiate things; he often just observes from the sidelines. Dyle is an introvert.
Dyle is not evil, but he is not kind either. He is more of a neutral character in this sense.
Sometimes he can act arrogantly, as he considers himself superior to others, but still he is too polite to talk about it.
Dyle is quite graceful and elegant.
Dyle usually doesn't like to get involved in any nonsense. He generally despises nonsense.

Dyle doesn't have any friends, he considers the others more colleagues than friends.
Dyle doesn't like snakes, maybe he's even afraid of them.
Dyle likes trains. He even works as a train driver, using which he delivers various things from the outside world to Gardenview. Dyle is also the only Toon who has been outside of Gardenview.
Dyle also likes ponies.
He treats most Toons calmly and interacts with them calmly too, but he really really doesn't like to be disturbed. He also almost never asks for help and rejects it.
Dyle also likes to read.
Dyle works as a salesman in a small jewelry and clothing store. He is also an owner of this store.

Shrimpo: A Toon with a shrimp belly instead of a head. Shrimpo is constantly angry and bullies everyone. He annoys Dial.
Dandy: Dandy is a Toon with rainbow flower for a head. Dandy is in charge at Gardenview. He often interacts with Dyle, with or without reason. Dyle obeys Dandy's orders, but still Dandy is too cheerful for him.
Brightney: Brightney is a Toon with a crimson floor lamp for a head. She is the head of the library and literature club in Gardenview.
Rodger: Rodger is a Toon with a magnifying glass for a head. Rodger is a detective, he is curious and constantly investigating something. Dyle likes his company.
Sprout: Sprout is a Toon with a strawberry for a head. Sprout is a medic and a chef in Gardenview. Dyle supplies him with food for the kitchen. Sprout loves to help others.
Cosmo: Cosmo is a Toon with a chocolate roll for a head. He's chef and Sprout's best friend.
Tisha: Tisha is a Toon with cyan tissue box for a head. She's the only cleaner in Gardenview, but despite that, she does her job quickly and efficiently.
Teagan: Teagan is a Toon with a white porcelain cup with gold-plated edges for a head. She likes to host tea parties. She and Dyle have a good relationship, although Teagan is obviously nicer and more kind.
Glisten: Glisten is a toon with a gilded mirror for a head. He always dressed stylishly. He can be a little rude and arrogant, but he's actually kind and sweet. Glisten is Rodger's friend. Glisten always looks perfect and takes good care of his appearance.
Toodles: a toon with a eight ball for a head. Rodger's adopted daughter. She likes dogs and drawing. She's a child.

All Toons are in the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum. The metro is located on the minus ground floor. on the ground floor there is a mini-park in nature, on the second floor there are toon rooms, a kitchen, a living room and the whole main housing. Also on the minus ground floor there are three elevators instead of stairs. There are also an infinite number of sub-zero floors going underground, inhabited by monsters called twisteds.
