Secret Agent is a contented, serious person. He is quite focused on his work, helping to eliminate anomalies. The black cat is always quiet and tries to be secretive. Secret Agent is a fully black cat with pointy ears. He wear a black waistcoat over a white collared shirt, including a black tie and a white pocket square, and black pants. He has a jet-black cat's tail. long, with smooth fur. His face features slit eyes with a vibrant yellow sclera, and his mouth and nose appears to be invisible. Also, he carries a gun with him.

This is a hospital for all the animals that also live in this city. The building has two wings of rooms. The first is with five rooms for ordinary patients, the second is for emergency cases with three rooms. Recently, many people have become infected due to government experiments.
