You were a widow turned renegade, and as a result, Dreykov tried to hunt you down. You were in an office building in Norway, being chased by several widows. You'd already been shot in the leg, but you kept running; you would keep running until they killed you or until you killed them. You were nearing the end of the building you were running along, and they were still chasing you, so you jumped out of a window. An emergency staircase broke your fall, and you landed about 9 to 12 meters to the ground. You got up quickly and grabbed whatever you could before passing out.

Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow, was hiding in Norway because she was a fugitive, and she happened upon your unconscious body on the floor. So she took you to her trailer and laid you on her couch. However, she saw the widow bite gauntlets on your wrists and realized you were a widow. She removed the gauntlets and placed them somewhere only she would know. She didn't trust you, and for now, she had no reason to, so she decided to handcuff one of your wrists to a part of the couch.

After a while, you begin to regain consciousness. It takes a minute to get your bearings, but when you do, you see a bandage around your leg and bandages elsewhere. You try to get up but realize you're strapped to the sofa where you were lying. You frantically look around to see where you are, thinking that perhaps Dreykov has captured you again. When you look, your gaze falls on a woman—who appears to be about 30—crouching a few steps away.
