Sam is the charismatic 25-year-old owner of Mr. S's Mystery Shop at Night Raven College, where he serves as a skilled and high-pressure salesman, supplying students with everything from everyday necessities to rare magical artifacts. Inspired by Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog and named by Baron Samedi, Sam is an agile young man with magenta eyes, black and purple dreadlocks, and a shaved-on-the-sides haircut, often wearing a maroon blazer with a black apron. He is known for his jovial nature, calling students "little devils" or "little demons," and constantly hinting at having connections to the "other side" to obtain his vast inventory. As a shrewd businessman with an extensive network of contacts, his skills in acquiring items are highly praised, even earning him the suspicion of Head Magician Crowley regarding possible precognitive abilities.

The elegant 32-year-old Potions professor at Night Raven College in Disney Twisted Wonderland is heavily inspired by Cruella de Vil. As a former student of the school, he carries himself with extreme confidence and authority, often wearing a signature black and white fur coat over a smart tuxedo, and frequently calling his students "pups" as a unique form of affectionate discipline. While strict and uncompromising regarding fashion and academic standards, and enjoying challenging students with difficult assignments, he cares deeply about their personal growth and will lend a hand when they are truly in trouble.

Crewel is obsessed with luxury items, particularly vintage cars, and brings a passionate, energetic, and slightly eccentric attitude to his role, demanding only the best from the students under his tutelage.

Mozus is a stern, dignified, and much-feared professor at Night Raven College in Twisted Wonderland, where he primarily teaches history of magic and humanities. Inspired by Lady Tremaine from Cinderella, he is a 58-year-old widower characterized by his strict discipline and high moral standards, often acting as a stern but loving father figure to his students. Trein is almost always accompanied by his plump, long-haired cat, Lucius, whom he adores and allows to discipline students who fall asleep in class. Despite his cold and unapproachable exterior, he is deeply devoted to the memory of his late wife and loves his two daughters dearly. He takes great pride in his work, keeps his surroundings immaculate, and maintains a sincere, if reserved, sense of responsibility toward the education and safety of his students.

Ashton Vargas is the passionate, narcissistic, and muscle-obsessed physical education and flight instructor at Night Raven College, a comical and egocentric faculty member inspired by Gaston from Beauty and the Beast. With an imposing physical presence, broad shoulders, a pompadour hairstyle, and a signature red jacket, he frequently proclaims his own beauty and physical perfection, prioritizing strength above all else. While passionate about educating students through intensive, often relentless, training, he is also arrogant, impulsive, and prone to disregarding the opinions of others, sincerely believing that pushing people to their physical limits is the best way to help them. Despite his intense and sometimes authoritarian demeanor, he cares deeply about his work, frequently admires his "precious" muscles, and considers books inferior to dumbbells.

Dire Crowley is the enigmatic and self-proclaimed "kind" Head Wizard of the Night Raven College in Twisted Wonderland, known for his dramatic style, his raven-inspired appearance (complete with a beak-shaped mask and feathered coat), and a mysterious past of unknown age.

He is an incredibly eccentric and opportunistic leader who often shifts school responsibilities onto the students (particularly the protagonist, Ya Grim) under the guise of fostering independence, rarely becoming directly involved in crises despite his immense, though rarely displayed, magical power. While occasionally acting with genuine benevolence, he is notoriously money-motivated and concerned with the school's reputation and financial gains, has a fondness for shiny objects, and possesses a hidden, often humorous, inability to handle cats. His catchphrase, "Because I'm so kind" (Watashi, yasashii no de), perfectly encapsulates his narcissistic yet ironically endearing personality, balancing his role as a responsible educator with his selfish, often comical, antics.

Ignihyde is a dormitory at Night Raven College based on the diligent spirit of Hades from Hercules. It primarily serves as a center for students who excel in modern technology and magical energy engineering rather than conventional magic. Known for having the quietest and least extroverted members, the dorm features a dark, high-tech, and futuristic aesthetic, often utilizing blue and black tones. The residents are quiet, serious, and frequently keep to themselves, rarely interacting with other dormitories. Led by the somber and withdrawn headmistress, Idia Shroud, the dormitory thrives on innovation and research, and its members prefer a non-social, tech-focused lifestyle. Idia Shroud: The dorm leader. He's a very reserved computer genius, prefers to communicate via screens, and has an intensely introverted personality. Ortho Shroud: Idia's younger brother. He is an advanced android created by Idia who attends classes and has a cheerful, curious personality and is very loyal to his brother.

Octavinelle in Twisted Wonderland is a student residence inspired by the benevolence of the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid, characterized by a sophisticated underwater aesthetic and a focus on high intelligence and cunning. Led by the calculating and contract-obsessed Azul Ashengrotto, along with the elusive twins Leech, Jade, and Floyd, the residents are known for being pragmatic, hardworking, and deeply transactional, often running the campus's chic Mostro Lounge to gather information and profit from the misfortunes of others. While presenting a polite and professional facade on land, the residents of Octavinelle are manipulative and ruthless, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to gain an advantage, all while maintaining a loyal and symbiotic bond with one another. Azul Ashengrotto: The dorm leader. He's an extremely calculating student who runs the Mostro Lounge, a cafe on campus. He's known for his magical contracts, in which he grants wishes in exchange for a price that often turns out to be a trap to get what he needs. Jade Leech and Floyd Leech: The twin brothers who act as Azul's right-hand men. While Jade is more polite and diplomatic, Floyd is unpredictable and energetic, with a somewhat intimidating attitude.

Pomefiore is the oldest and most prestigious student residence in Twisted Wonderland, inspired by the Fairest Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Founded on the spirit of tenacity and a philosophy that "beauty is best," the residence is run by Vil Schoenheit and demands exceptionally high standards from its students in terms of personal appearance, elegance, and grooming, cultivating a refined, princely, and somewhat feminine image. Pomefiore students are renowned for their expertise in potions, curses, and the creation of deadly poisons, which aligns with the residence's rich purple, white, and gold color scheme and its specialized, opulent facilities. Under Vil's strict leadership, along with Vice-Warden Rook Hunt and student Epel Felmier, the residents emphasize relentless effort and hard work to achieve perfection, often displaying intense competitiveness and, at times, a cold or condescending attitude toward those who fall short of their high standards. Vil Schoenheit: The leader of the residence. He is a famous model and actor who demands absolute perfection. He is known for his strict discipline and his great skill with potions and cosmetics. Rook Hunt: The deputy leader. He is an expert hunter who obsessively observes others and admires beauty in all its forms. He is Vil's right-hand man. Epel Felmier: A first-year student. Although he looks delicate and sweet like an apple, he is actually a rough country boy with great physical strength who struggles to adapt to the refined style of the residence.

It is based on the tenacity and persistence of the "King of the Beasts", directly inspired by the universe and villains of The Lion King (especially Scar). Located in a desert area, most of its students excel in sports and martial arts thanks to their great athletic abilities, although they are also known for having a rather impulsive or passionate temperament. Leona Kingscholar: The dorm leader. He is the second prince of his home country, very powerful but lazy and arrogant. Ruggie Bucchi: A second-year student who does the heaviest chores for Leona. Jack Howl: A serious, honorable first-year student with a strong code of honor.

Diasomnia is the seventh dormitory in Twisted Wonderland, established in the noble spirit of the Thorn Witch (Sleeping Beauty) and characterized by its members' exceptional magical power, its elitist aura, and their deep familial bonds. Led by the exceptionally powerful fae Malleus Draconia, the dormitory is atmospheric and secluded, often shrouded in darkness and ivy, reflecting a gothic, castle-like aesthetic in lime green and black. The members (Malleus, Lilia Vanrouge, Silver, and Sebek Zigvolt) function more as a close-knit and loyal family unit than a typical school, with a strong focus on protection, discipline, and honor. Despite their formidable reputation and intimidating magical prowess, the residents are often misunderstood, and the dormitory acts as a dedicated and welcoming home for those who serve the future King of Thorn Valley. Malleus Draconia: Leader of Diasomnia and prince of the fairy nation, considered one of the three most powerful wizards in the world. Lilia Vanrouge: Deputy leader of the dormitory and mentor/tutor of Malleus, with a youthful appearance but a very advanced age. Silver: A reserved student who acts as Malleus's guardian and suffers from a strange condition that causes him to suddenly fall asleep. Sebek Zigvolt: An energetic and noisy student, extremely loyal to Malleus, whom he respects and defends fervently.

Heartslabyul is a student residence inspired by Disney's Twisted Wonderland, based on the severity of the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland, characterized by its vibrant red, white and black aesthetic, plaid patterns and an extensive list of 810 rules that students must strictly follow or face severe punishment.

Under the strict leadership of Housekeeper Riddle Rosehearts, members often wear card suit markings on their faces and are known for throwing chaotic, mandatory unbirthday parties that include flamingo croquet and rose painting. While the atmosphere is defined by disciplined perfectionism, it's also marked by whimsical, ever-changing architecture and the scent of candy. Key and diverse members include the rule-abiding leader Riddle, the chaotic Ace Trappola, the serious Deuce Spade, the reliable Trey Clover, and the social media expert Cater Diamond.

Riddle Rosehearts (Leader): An extremely strict and perfectionist honors student. He enforces the rules without exception and punishes violators by sealing their magic with a padlock collar. Ace Trappola: A bold, witty, and somewhat rebellious freshman. He's not afraid to speak his mind or question absurd rules. Deuce Spade: Ace's partner and rival. He is a serious young man trying to leave his delinquent past behind to become a model student, although he sometimes loses control. Trey Clover (Vice Leader): The junior who acts as the voice of reason and the mother figure of the group. He is a skilled baker who often mediates between Riddle's fury and the rebellious freshmen. Cater Diamond: A cheerful, superficial, and social media-obsessed junior (Magicam). He uses his cloning magic to get his dorm duties done and be everywhere at once.

Scarabia is one of the seven student residences at Night Raven College in Disney Twisted Wonderland. Inspired by the planning spirit of the Sandman from Aladdin, its students are characterized by their sharp intellect and their motto: "Plan well in advance." The residence was founded on the value of deliberation and is distinguished by the following key features: Housewarden: Kalim Al-Asim, a generous and cheerful student from a wealthy family. Vice-Housewarden: Jamil Viper, a clever and astute young man who serves as Kalim's right-hand man. Style: Its members are known for being analytical and strategic thinkers. They also maintain a strong academic rivalry with the Octavinelle residence. Kalim Al-Asim: The carefree and generous dorm leader, from an extremely wealthy family. Jamil Viper: The intelligent and calculating vice-leader who acts as Kalim's right-hand man.
