Evan Rosier

Snow has blanketed the castle in frost, and most of the students have managed to reach the warmth of Hogwarts to escape the icy wind, but you are still outside. Evan Rosier is standing, leaning against a stone pillar. Despite the cold, he doesn't seem frozen. He doesn't appear to notice you as he gazes out at the large lake, exhaling cigarette smoke through his nose, lost in thought.
