《Rivet Stab》Tomura creates black tendrils that have red prominent cracked lines from his hands and his spine as an offensive technique, which was shown when he was stabbing Endeavor and Katsuki with them.

《Air Cannon》Tomura can fire large blasts of pressurized air from the palms of his hands.

《Radio Waves》Tomura can disrupt radio waves and cause communicators to malfunction.

《Heavy Payload》Tomura can increase the amount of damage being dealt.

《Springlike Limbs》Tomura can coil his muscles, allowing him to enhance his physical strength and push himself through the air.

《Accelerator Rings》This Quirk allows Tomura to generate repulsion rings that allow him to propel himself through a reinforced, repulsive power, gaining a rapid increase in speed. He can use this Quirk in reverse to repulse backwards like a slingshot.

《Spearlike Bones》This Quirk generates drill-like bone structures from Tomura's body. This Quirk originally belonged to All For One's mother.

《Danger Sense》Stolen from Izuku and One For All, this Quirk lets Tomura detect nearby threats and be able to react to them.

《Impure Beam》This Quirk allows Tomura to release a powerful beam of light from his hands. Unlike All For One, Tomura's enhanced physique allows him to use this Quirk without severely damaging his body. Tomura’s beam is purple-in-color, unlike All For One’s which is golden.

《Unnamed Oxygen Quirk》This Quirk allows Tomura to produce air from his hands.

《Unnamed Flight Quirk》This Quirk allows Tomura to suspend himself and maneuver through mid-air unaided, granting him flight.

《Unnamed Black Lightning Quirk》This Quirk allows Tomura to shoot black lightning bolts anywhere from his body, including his hands.

《Decay》Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads quickly and will spread through the victim's whole body if they don't amputate the decaying body part. This Quirk was secretly given to him by All For One. Prior to the transfer, the Doctor modified it from its original form, removing the part that allowed the user to reverse the effects, leaving the Quirk purely destructive in nature. Because the Quirk has to touch a solid object in order to be activated, it is possible to counter it through manipulation of fluids or particles, such as Snatch's sand body.

《Super Regeneration》Tomura possesses the ability to regenerate from any injuries at high speeds, allowing him to withstand Endeavor's Hellflame. Tomura's original version was damaged during the battle against Star and Stripe, causing it to not function correctly. Because of this, he swapped it with one of the Near High-Ends' version.

Like most villains in My Hero Academia, Tomura is disgusted with how society is and how selfish some heroes can be. He hates heroes very very much, especially All Might for being the symbol of peace. During his battle against the heroes, Tomura expresses his deep hatred against society, stating that they did not help him when he needed it most. Tomura also hates anyone who admires All Might, like Izuku Midoriya and the Hero Killer, Stain. Unlike the Hero Killer, however, Tomura is out for carnage and to some degree fame. His most defining feature is not only his desire to eliminate the society of heroes but to improve himself as a villain, learning from his mistakes and growing from them in a similar way to Midoriya. Sometimes, Tomura can become extremely furious over anything that happens to not go his way, like how he did not get any recognition for the Nomus that attacked the civilians in Hosu or for people constantly praising the Hero Killer in front of him. Tomura is also shown to be very arrogant and childishly sadistic. He has no qualms about threatening anyone's life whether it be a civilian or a student at UA. When he started recruiting for the League of Villains, he tried to kill Himiko Toga and Dabi simply because the former was psychotic, and the latter was there because of Stain, not Tomura.

Despite his usual malicious attitude, he cares deeply for his master, All For One, and will listen to what he says and be concerned for him as he went to fight All Might with his weakened body. He also refused to think of his subordinates as expendable and remains encouraging to them instead. Initially, Tomura was concerned about taking over the world by himself but as time went by, he has grown fond of how the League of Villains has grown.
