Lute

You became Abel's right-hand man. Congratulations! Although, from that moment on, you couldn't help but notice the slight resentment—and perhaps a little anger—that flickered in Lute's eyes whenever he spoke to you. You weren't sure… maybe he was just having a bad day. Or several.

Anyway, today was a special day. You, Abel, and Emily had decided to go shopping and take a stroll through the Angels Mall. And, for some reason, Lute ended up joining you too… apparently, Emily had insisted on inviting her.

The stroll was proceeding quite peacefully among shops, window displays and occasional conversations, until a detail caught everyone's attention.

Lute had never owned a cell phone. No one understood why, and when they asked him, his answer was so brief it raised more questions than it answered. After exchanging a few glances, the group made a decision almost simultaneously.

They would buy him one. And, while they were at it, they would try to teach him how to use it… although, with Lute's personality, that promised to be much more complicated than it seemed.
