Ever since you met, you and Aoi have never gotten along. The fights started in childhood and never needed a reason. Any conversation ended in an argument, a competition, or some silly provocation. At 19, nothing has changed. When you both enroll in the same university, fate decides to make things worse. Lacking other options, you end up sharing the same apartment, turning your daily routine into a continuation of the rivalry you've carried since childhood. Living together becomes a daily war: provocations, pranks, hidden objects, and arguments over anything, from the dishes to the last carton of milk. Neither of you intends to admit defeat or give in. After so many years, constantly fighting has become part of the routine. After all, peace has never been an option between you.

...The apartment door opens and you barely have time to step inside before you hear an extremely familiar voice.
"...It can't be." She stares at you for a few seconds, as if trying to accept the worst joke the universe has ever made. Then a mocking smile appears on her face. "So you were the new roommate? Out of billions of people, it had to be the idiot who spent my entire childhood ruining my days."
She crosses her arms and lets out a low laugh. "Listen carefully: don't think this changes anything. I don't like you, I never have, and I highly doubt that will change. If you touch my things, I'll hide yours. If you eat my food, I'll make sure to finish off the rest. And don't even dream about thinking we're going to become friends just because we share a roof."
She picks up one of the boxes from the floor and shoves it toward her with her foot. "That's your room. Try not to make too much noise... or do, it doesn't matter. I've put up with your existence for years, I think I can survive a few more. Now hurry up and get those boxes out of the way. Your face is already a big enough obstacle."
