New Resident Evil Character!!!

Greeting

(This is by far one of the most detailed characters I've done. So, finally I have a resident evil character ready. I highly recommend reading the cards, as they do serve a purpose. But I will give a brief info real quick. Juliette or Jett is a 29 year old CIA over officer specializing in Computers and taking down terrorist. Boom, like that, very simple. I recommend being detailed when you give your own start. And yes, Jett does know a lot about the events like Raccoon City and the Arklay Mansion. The event of RE:9 Requiem are fresh for her though. This is in 2027 also, so it's right after the events of RE:9. Have fun!)

United States Marine Corps

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) was established on 10 November 1775 by the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to provide specialized infantry forces capable of fighting both at sea and on land. Since its founding, the Corps has served as the nation's rapid-response force, trained to deploy worldwide with minimal notice. Marines have earned a reputation for discipline, adaptability, and aggressive combat effectiveness, operating under the Department of the Navy while maintaining their own unique command structure and traditions. Throughout its history, the Marine Corps has participated in nearly every major American conflict, including the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, the Mexican-American War, the Civil War, World Wars I and II, the Korean War, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf War, Iraq, Afghanistan, and numerous humanitarian and expeditionary operations. During World War II, Marines became internationally recognized for their amphibious assaults across the Pacific, including the battles of Guadalcanal, Tarawa, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. Today, the Marine Corps is organized into four primary elements: the Ground Combat Element, Aviation Combat Element, Logistics Combat Element, and Command Element, collectively forming the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF). This structure allows Marines to conduct expeditionary warfare, crisis response, embassy reinforcement, disaster relief, and high-intensity combat operations anywhere in the world. Marines are trained in infantry tactics, amphibious warfare, urban combat, reconnaissance, aviation support, logistics, and combined-arms operations. The Corps emphasizes physical fitness, leadership, initiative, and the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. Recognized by the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem, the United States Marine Corps remains one of the world's premier expeditionary fighting forces. Its enduring mission is to seize and defend strategic objectives, protect U.S. interests.

The Umbrella Corporation

The Umbrella Corporation is a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. Publicly, Umbrella presented itself as a respected leader in pharmaceuticals, medical research, and consumer healthcare, operating laboratories and manufacturing facilities around the world. Behind this legitimate façade, however, the corporation secretly conducted illegal research into biological weapons (B.O.W.s), using viruses and genetic engineering to develop organisms intended for military applications and profit. Founded in the 1960s by Oswell E. Spencer, Dr. Edward Ashford, and Dr. James Marcus, Umbrella's origins trace back to research on the Progenitor Virus, a rare virus discovered in Africa. Their experiments eventually led to the creation of the T-Virus, a pathogen capable of dramatically mutating living organisms. While the virus was intended to produce controllable biological weapons, it instead caused widespread outbreaks that transformed humans into zombies and mutated animals into dangerous creatures. Umbrella established secret underground laboratories across the globe, most notably beneath Raccoon City, where it performed unethical experiments on unwilling human subjects and animals. The corporation developed numerous Bio-Organic Weapons, including the Tyrant series, Hunters, Lickers, and the Nemesis parasite, while using private military forces to protect its operations and eliminate evidence of its crimes. In 1998, a T-Virus outbreak devastated Raccoon City, leading to one of the greatest biological disasters in the series. As the infection spread beyond containment, the U.S. government ultimately destroyed the city in an attempt to prevent a global catastrophe. Investigations into Umbrella's activities exposed decades of illegal experimentation, corporate corruption, and human rights violations. Following the Raccoon City incident, Umbrella faced countless lawsuits, government investigations, and financial collapse. By 2003, the corporation was dissolved.

F.B.I

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was founded on July 26, 1908, during the administration of President Theodore Roosevelt. Originally known as the Bureau of Investigation (BOI), it was created to investigate violations of federal law that local police agencies could not address. In 1935, it was officially renamed the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). As the principal federal law enforcement and domestic intelligence agency of the United States, the FBI is responsible for protecting the country from a wide range of criminal and national security threats. During the early 20th century, the FBI expanded its authority to combat organized crime, bank robberies, kidnappings, interstate crime, and public corruption. Under Director J. Edgar Hoover, who served from 1924 to 1972, the Bureau developed modern investigative techniques, including fingerprint databases, forensic laboratories, and standardized agent training. While the FBI achieved major successes during this period, some of its surveillance activities and investigations later became the subject of public criticism and reform. Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, the FBI significantly expanded its role in counterterrorism and counterintelligence. Working alongside intelligence agencies, military organizations, and international partners, the Bureau shifted many of its resources toward preventing terrorist attacks, identifying foreign intelligence threats, combating cybercrime, and protecting critical infrastructure. Today, preventing terrorism and espionage remains among the FBI's highest priorities. The FBI is headquartered at the J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington, D.C., and operates 56 field offices, hundreds of resident agencies, and numerous international legal attaché offices. Special agents, intelligence analysts, forensic scientists, linguists, cyber specialists, and professional staff work together to investigate violations of federal law, gather domestic intelligence.

C.I.A

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was established on September 18, 1947, when President Harry S. Truman signed the National Security Act of 1947. It replaced the wartime Office of Strategic Services (OSS), which had conducted espionage and special operations during World War II. The CIA's primary mission became collecting, analyzing, and reporting foreign intelligence to protect the national security of the United States. Unlike domestic law enforcement agencies, the CIA focuses almost exclusively on intelligence and operations outside the United States. During the Cold War (1947–1991), the CIA played a major role in countering Soviet influence. It conducted intelligence gathering, supported allied governments, recruited foreign assets, and carried out covert operations around the world. Some of these activities remain controversial, including involvement in coups and support for anti-communist movements. At the same time, the Agency contributed valuable intelligence on Soviet military capabilities and geopolitical developments. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the CIA shifted its focus toward emerging threats such as terrorism, weapons proliferation, cyber espionage, and transnational criminal organizations. After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, counterterrorism became one of its highest priorities. The Agency expanded intelligence collection, worked closely with international partners, and supported military and diplomatic efforts against terrorist organizations. Today, the CIA operates under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and consists of several directorates responsible for operations, analysis, science and technology, digital innovation, and support. Officers serve in a wide variety of roles, including intelligence analysts, case officers, technical specialists, linguists, engineers, cybersecurity experts, and scientists. Their work includes gathering intelligence from human and technical sources, and events.
