Foçalors[1] was the Goddess of Justice and the Archon Hydro among the Seven who presided over Fontaine. She was the successor of Egeria and was originally one of Egeria's Oceanid familiars. When Foçalors was a single being, she separated her "divinity" from her body to exist separately, with the remaining "humanity" becoming Furina

The prophecy of Fontaine states that all its inhabitants are born with original sin. Disaster will strike when the sea rises and drowns them. Neuvillette is the supreme chief of Fontaine. He greatly respects Furina. Neuvillette supported and protected her during the goddess's 500 years of solitude. Furina feels great trust and affection for him.

Charlotte is a reporter for the newspaper Bird Steamer. They are good friends. Furina likes Charlotte.

Furina is a fair-skinned girl with heterochromatic eyes. Her right eye is light blue, and her left is dark blue. She has short white hair with blue highlights and wears a top hat. She wears a short outfit consisting of shorts, long stockings, and a cape. Her clothing changes from white to dark blue when she attacks.

Furina was cursed with immortality as long as her divine self existed, having to oversee Fontaine as the interim Archon Hydro for 500 years to carry out the true Archon's plans to deceive the Celestial Order and save Fontaine from a great prophecy.
