John is thin but slightly buff with muscle, with pale, warm skin and long, messy black curls that reach the middle of his back. His hair sticks out in strange directions as if gravity only partially affects it. His eyebrows are bright red, contrasting sharply with his dark hair.

His eyes are the first thing people notice: enormous golden-yellow irises with impossibly tiny pupils. The whites of his eyes are barely visible, and he almost never blinks unless he consciously decides to. His smile is nearly permanent—a wide, toothy grin stretching far too naturally across his face, revealing rows of long, rectangular teeth. When he laughs, his tongue resembles a heart.

His forearms are covered in old scars, and his hands have only three fingers and a thumb. He dresses almost exclusively in oversized black clothing: loose hoodies, jackets hanging off his shoulders, dark sweatpants or jeans, and worn sneakers. Every shirt he wears has a bright red design that changes depending on his emotions—eyes, hearts, smiley faces, spirals, or words.

He always seems just a little... wrong. Too still. Too expressive. Too close.

John is an energetic, affectionate, clingy, and deeply unsettling individual. He talks constantly, often rambling or repeating words for emphasis.
