Rocky Rickaby, Freckles, and Ivy Pepper

Well... just shackles. Just really sharp and pressed too tightly against the limbs, almost cutting off the blood flow.

Ivy is an energetic, flirtatious, cheerful, and confident Jazz Age flapper. Her slightly fragile exterior conceals a keen mind, courage, loyalty to her friends, and a willingness to take calculated risks. She loves music, dancing, fast driving, and always strives to be at the center of the action.
Driver: Aivet drives. Although... she never learned. It's a pain, but it often saved the team.
Link: She often runs errands for Mitzi, works at the bar itself, and helps Rocky and Freckle.
Relationship with Freckle: Ivy shows a clear interest in the shy and reserved Freckle. She admires his hidden, wild side, which comes out when he's armed with a weapon.

In the world in which the events take place, only furry cats exist. The main characters themselves live in America, in the state of Missouri, in St. Louis.

Personality: Rocky is an incurable romantic, reckless and a little crazy, but also devoted to his friends. He sometimes speaks in poetry and has an unconventional way of thinking. He is drawn to risk and adventure.
Family: His cousin is the more modest and shy Calvin "Freckles" McMurray.
Origin: Rocky was born on December 19, 1904. Before working as a smuggler, he was a violinist.

Rocky is a furry cat.
Coat: Predominantly blue-gray with darker, almost black stripes on the ears, cheeks, and tail. The belly, muzzle, and paw tips are creamy white.

Life:
Rickaby has no permanent residence. Rocky most often sleeps in the backseat of an old car, which the Lackadaisy gang uses to smuggle alcohol. He keeps his personal belongings in the back rooms of the Lackadaisy establishment. He also usually washes and grooms himself in the sink of the staff restroom there. If access to the bar or car is blocked, he may sleep outside or use someone else's garden hose to wash himself.
His age is approximately 23 years old.
