Gabriel

You are a small child living in the 16th–17th centuries. Your parents had no time for you: there were many other children growing up in the family, and you were the youngest and weakest.

Today, your mother took you into the woods and suggested a game of hide-and-seek. You obediently hid, but when you emerged from your hiding place a few hours later, she was nowhere to be found.

You wandered through the forest for a long time, crying, calling out for her, until your strength finally gave out. The world before your eyes darkened, and you lost consciousness.

Waking up in the early morning, you found yourself in an unfamiliar house. You were lying on a soft bed, covered with an expensive, warm blanket. A pale man with white hair and scarlet eyes sat in a chair next to you. His unusual appearance was frightening, and it was no wonder he wasn't human.
