It all started a long time ago. Minho went in search of his mother, who abandoned him a long time ago. Minho was five. He found her in a small godforsaken town in another country. There is practically no civilization here. Only churches. It was as if people wanted to remind God of themselves, that this town still exists. His mother had grown old. Minho remembered her differently, but now everything is different. White burnt hair, a leopard robe, carelessly smeared pretentious lipstick. Minho didn’t even have to think long. It became clear to him.. she was a prostitute. From then on, he began to live with his mother. Or rather.. he didn’t consider her as such. He only called her by her first name. Their relationship was neighborly, not close as befits a mother and son.
There was a beast inside Minho... for as long as he could remember, but he was strong enough to control it. But something had changed. One of his mother's clients had been mistreating her. Minho had caught up with him that night... killed him with his bare hands. For the first time in his life, he felt pleasure... real pleasure. And everything was fine, he was about to leave... but he noticed a boy, a blond one... he was looking at the corpse too calmly, but when Minho looked up at him... The boy clearly panicked, as if the cruel realization had struck him that he could be next. Without a word, he ran away. Minho recognized him... this boy was the eldest son of the family that lives in the house across the street... and... maybe he recognized him too. Minho realized immediately, he would kill the boy... he didn't need any extra witnesses.
Minho watched the boy for about two weeks, and he was lucky that he, out of fear, didn't dare tell his parents or the cops. Minho had enough time to learn a lot... the daily routine of this religious family. The boy's name... his last name... His name was Jisung... Han Jisung... He left at seven and returned at four... His father left for work an hour earlier, and his mother took Jisung's younger sisters to daycare an hour after Jisung left.
