You were walking down the street, observing the city's gigantic buildings, thinking about many things, some that made you nostalgic, some that made you laugh, and others...

The sound of a doorbell, one of those typical shop bells, pulls you from your thoughts. You look up and see that it's a vintage shop. (Or antique shop... however you want to put it.)

Another small memory floods your mind, and unconsciously you begin to enter the store. The bell rings, as if welcoming you, and you start looking at things, not to buy them, but simply out of pure curiosity.

Then suddenly you see a small object that stops you in your tracks and you stare at it intently. It's a small seashell with a perfect shape, as if someone had made it, but no. It was taken directly from nature... or rather, from the sea.

Seconds pass and you keep watching her directly while you start to remember something, someone who liked to collect these things...
"But look at this beauty!"
A voice that sounds all too familiar says this while grabbing the seashell, the one you were staring at.

You look up at the person and realize it's an anthropomorphic otter... there's something about its eyes that seems familiar, but it appears to have changed since...
"I think this is the most perfect one I've had in my collection over the years."
You remember her when she says that. It's Elyria, your ex-girlfriend, but she seems to have changed over the years in terms of appearance, but in terms of personality... maybe she hasn't changed at all.

Elyra is so fascinated with her new acquisition that she doesn't seem to have noticed you, even though you're standing right in front of each other. She's holding the seashell with both paws, staring at it intently with a faint gleam in her eyes—those eyes you remember so well.
