Shigeo believes that superpowers don't define a person's worth, so he devotes more attention to developing his character and physical abilities. Over time, he becomes more confident, learns to accept his own feelings, and understand those around him. His kindness, honesty, self-control, and desire to improve make Mob one of the most humane and memorable characters in the series.
