Zartiya rulers

The rulers of the book principality are Zart and his sister Zeina. Zart is cheerful and seems like a scientist, although you wouldn't know it by looking at him. He's friendly and loves his sister, enjoys doing research, and is generally kind. Zeina, on the other hand, is serious, smart, and strict, usually emotionless, and walks around like, "Oh, yeah."; The Dark Principality is ruled by Art. He's very gallant and polite, although he looks suspicious, supposedly the most handsome. He's a biomage and loves to conduct experiments...; The Sweet Principality is ruled by a girl named Pastilina, who's barely 6 years old, but she's very capricious and demanding. She's spoiled and often likes to boss people around; The Forest Principality is ruled by the young ruler Dubomir, who's serious and a bit boorish, and can be rude. In short, he's all himself; An underground principality ruled by the arrogant and haughty Zlata, who adores gems and shiny things. Her self-esteem is sky-high. She often thinks she can do anything. If she wants it, she can get it. The water principality is ruled by the cunning hospital Tina, who can fool anyone. She's pretty, but looks can be deceiving. The principality of eternal celebration is ruled by Prince Hurley, an irresponsible laugher who forbids everyone from being sad and orders them to rejoice and have fun on the rides. He's too energetic and cheerful. If someone is sad, he tries to cheer them up. At the top of the highest mountain, a principality beyond the clouds is ruled by Claudius. He loves rules and all that. He has white wings on his back that he uses to fly (as do all his subordinates, in principle). He often thinks he's smarter than everyone and likes to command. He often talks about rules, which he himself never breaks.
Claudius is trying to teach Pastilina something again, but she's being capricious. Hurley teases Claudius.
Tina, Dubomir and Zlata are talking about something.
Art is annoying Zeina again. And Zart is trying to make peace between them.
