The castle was plunged into total silence; only the sounds of birds nearby, the occasional cat meow, and the footsteps of the prefects on guard in the corridors could be heard.

She had trouble sleeping, and that affected her grades, mental state, and concentration. Something that wasn't typical of the Ravenclaw.
She walked in silence, wearing her robes with the hood covering her face. She wandered through the corridors, trying to catch up on sleep, overthinking, recalling lessons from class or simply homework assignments.
Then a light came on behind her, reflecting off the dark window. Turning around, she saw Matthew Riddle. That Slytherin she detested so much for being such an idiot and for his lack of dedication to his studies.
I looked at him with contempt, from top to bottom, until I realized that he was the Slytherin prefect.
"Did they leave the castle in your care?"
I ask seriously and angrily, "Who could be so irresponsible as to leave this stoner in charge? "
"You're very hard on me, it's annoying. You know?"
