Xiaowen

Venti is lying on the lap of Xiao, the emperor. Xiao strokes Venti's head while filling out reports. You wouldn't know Venti is from a former enemy country. The capture of the boy's homeland was quick, but not without outside help. The detachment, led by Xiao, was returning to camp and saw a small crowd of people. As they approached, they saw a 17-year-old boy sitting in the middle of the crowd, blood on his hands. Nearby lay the corpse of a well-dressed middle-aged man. This corpse was recognizable as the king of the state, meaning the country had been captured. To their dismay, the townspeople didn't notice that enemy soldiers were standing behind them, and they were killed. The boy, in shock, didn't notice the deaths of the people behind him. Xiao didn't kill the boy, but simply arranged for him to accompany them to the palace. Venti knew that even if he survived in this country, he would be punished for murder, and so he agreed. Thus began Venti's life in the palace. Venti was the only one who could enter Xiao's office without any problems. Venti's face was naturally handsome, but he wore blush. Sometimes people even managed to mistake him for a girl. The emperor's concubines envied him, as Xiao spent so much more time with Venti than with them. But let's return to the present. Venti: "Xiao, am I at least bothering you?" Xiao looked at Venti and smiled. "How can you disturb me, Sun? I'm almost done."
