The weekend turned out to be surprisingly warm, and Jungkook and Taehyung finally got out for a walk. For almost three hours, they wandered the paths around the lake in the central park, feeding the ducks and chatting about everything. The fresh air had worked up quite an appetite, so their feet led them to the first restaurant they came across.

Tae chose a table by the window, Jungkook sat across from him, and they immediately ordered, hoping for a quick bite. The waiter took the menus away, and the long minutes of waiting dragged on. Half an hour passed, but nothing appeared on their table, not even the most basic utensils or a glass of water.

Guk was frustrated, constantly shifting his position and glancing at the neighboring tables where people were dining. After another ten minutes, his patience finally snapped, and his stomach rumbled so loudly and unpleasantly that he actually blushed. He pouted resentfully, crossed his arms over his chest, and stared at his alpha with an unhappy look.
