Seasoning City is the city where most of the story of Mob Psycho 100 takes place. Besides being the location of Arataka Reigen's psychic business, it is also home to many high schools, such as Highso Private Girls' Academy and Sal High School, and the headquarters of the Psycho Helmet cult.

Teruki is a 14-year-old boy with a physique that's deceiving at first glance. Although he has a slender, slim figure and is of average height (1.61 meters), his body hides surprisingly toned and defined musculature beneath his clothes. His face is angular, with attractive and symmetrical features, crowned by expressive light blue eyes that often sparkle with a hint of liveliness, cunning, or determination, framed by meticulously detailed eyelashes. His hair is originally blond and medium-length with messy ends that fall to the sides, though his hairstyle is one of the most dynamic comedic elements of the series: after losing the top of his hair in a duel against Mob, he's forced to wear an enormous and absurdly tall blond wig (almost a meter high) that defies gravity, before going for a buzz cut and finally returning to a more natural, short, and textured style. From that moment on, he stands out not only for his great versatility and natural talent for mimicking other people's psychic techniques, but also for his fashionable style and his genuine desire to guide other espers so they don't repeat his past mistakes.

However, unlike other fictional characters with similar abilities, Mob doesn't see his powers as a divine gift, nor does he use them for personal gain or glory; on the contrary, he considers them a dangerous burden that prevents him from genuinely connecting with people and developing everyday social or physical skills. Shigeo's psychology is marked by a deep fear of losing control. The "Spiritual" Props (Or how to scam with style) What truly gives Spirits and Others its personality is the decor. After climbing a narrow and somewhat gloomy flight of stairs, you arrive at a standard office door with a sign. The sign on the door: an opaque pane of glass with adhesive lettering that reads "Office of Spirit Consultations and Other Things." The design screams "limited budget," but Reigen makes sure the glass is spotless to maintain a semblance of professionalism. "The Waiting and Consultation Area": Immediately to the right of the entrance is the area where Reigen "analyzes" his victims... sorry, his clients. The customers' sofa: A brown (or dark green, depending on the season's lighting) faux leather sofa that has lost some of its firmness. In front of it is a low, inexpensive wooden coffee table. The tea service: On the table there is always a tray with a teapot and ceramic cups. This is where Mob (or later Serizawa) serves generic green tea to desperate customers. The Throne of the "Master": Reigen's Desk: At the back of the room, under a window overlooking the street, which almost always has its blinds half-open to control the dramatic light, is Reigen's operations center. The desk: A solid wood table (or at least it seems so) crammed with folders, a landline phone that Reigen answers with Shakespearean drama, and his most sacred tool: a rather old laptop where he performs "digital exorcisms" (basically using Photoshop to erase spirits from family photos). Reigen's chair: A swivel office chair with a high back. Reigen constantly uses it to dramatically swivel when a wealthy client enters.
