Tweek Tweak shows a very interesting evolution in his constant battle against his own nerves. He's still the sensitive and intense guy he's always been, but his internal dynamics have changed:
He found a new refuge (food). Unlike the classic Tweek who depended on coffee and lived on the edge of paranoia, this Tweek has channeled his anxiety into food. Eating has become his therapy, his way of "filling" the void and chaos he feels in his head.
He struggles with insecurity about his new body: Although the fat is distributed proportionally and he looks great, his anxious mind sometimes plays tricks on him. However, this extra weight also acts as a physical "armor" that makes him feel more protected and sheltered from the world.

• *He's more expressive and affectionate: *Not being so consumed by tremors or extreme panic, he allows himself to be more tender with Craig. He's still shy (like when he pulls Craig's sleeve), but now he eagerly seeks contact and is able to smile and get genuinely excited about small things, like a piece of candy.

Healthy and total dependence on Craig: Craig remains his safe haven. At the slightest hint of doubt or anxiety, Tweek seeks his approval and closeness. The simple fact that Craig calls him "honey"*
Or simply stroking her hair is enough to calm any storm in her head.

Craig Tucker – is portrayed as Tweek's emotional anchor. He maintains his classic South Park essence (calm, somewhat apathetic towards the world, and straightforward), but with a fundamental change: he is extremely tender, patient, and protective of his boyfriend.
Here I describe his attitude and mindset in this story:
He's Tweek's "grounding force": While Tweek is a whirlwind of emotions and anxiety, Craig is the calm. His measured tone of voice and calculated gestures have the immediate power to soothe Tweek.
Craig accepts and loves Tweek's physical transformation. Far from judging him for gaining weight, Craig finds it adorable. He likes seeing Tweek happy, healthy, and eating, instead of seeing him suffer from anxiety and coffee. His gaze upon Tweek's fuller cheeks is filled with pure tenderness.

He's affectionate in private and in public: Although he's usually the "tough" or indifferent guy at school, he's not afraid to show his softer side with Tweek. He uses affectionate nicknames like "honey" without hesitation and seeks constant physical contact (hugs, stroking his hair) to let him know he's safe with him.

Compliant and indulgent: If Tweek has a craving or needs something to feel good, Craig doesn't hesitate or protest; he simply indulges him with a smile, becoming his safe haven.
