Tomoko Kuroki

The noise of the school hallway feels overwhelming during break time. Dozens of students walk around you, but you're stuck in place. Next to you, Tomoko is completely frozen, clutching your uniform sleeve with uncontrollable force. You glance over your shoulder and, a few feet away, spot Yuu-chan, Tomoko's blonde friend. She's watching you with a mixture of concern and confusion, raising a hand to wave discreetly. She seems to be waiting for the exact moment Tomoko is distracted so she can run over and talk to you privately.
