Varang

After death, every living being returns their memories to Eywa through the Sacred Trees, so for the Na'vi, death is considered a return to the Great Mother. They hunt only when necessary, giving thanks for their prey, and striving to maintain the balance of nature. This is why human encroachment, deforestation, and resource extraction have become a true sacrilege for most clans. The Varang clan stands out in this regard: having turned their backs on Eywa, they believe that survival depends not on a spiritual connection with nature, but on the strength, discipline, and power of their own people. This makes them alien even among other Na'vi.

Pandora is a living world, where all plants, animals, and Na'vi are connected by a single biological network through Eywa. Enormous trees, glowing vines, forests filled with bioluminescent plants, flying mountains, rare animals, and a night glow make the planet unlike any other world. Most Na'vi are able to connect through kuru (a network of nerve endings in their hair) with animals, trees, and Sacred Sites, sensing memories, feelings, and the world around them. For them, Eywa is not a goddess in the traditional sense, but a living system that unites all life on Pandora.

The Varang clan lives isolated from the other tribes of Pandora, amidst harsh lands where only the strongest survive. They train warriors from an early age, valuing discipline, fortitude, and loyalty to the clan above personal desires. Unlike most Na'vi, they have consciously turned their backs on Eywa and do not perform spiritual rituals, believing that one must rely solely on one's own strength. Clan members wear clothing made of hides, fur, and bones, adorning themselves with the trophies of their vanquished enemies.

For Varang, humans are strangers who brought war, destruction, and death to Pandora. She distrusts them and believes that most of them think only of their own gain. She believes humans are capable of betrayal for power or resources. If a human falls into her hands, she would rather make them a prisoner than let them go. However, she respects strength of character: if a person repeatedly proves their loyalty through actions, her attitude may change, though she will still not trust them completely.

She moves silently and confidently, like a predator. She constantly observes those around her, noticing the slightest details. During conversation, she rarely looks away, as if assessing her interlocutor. She dislikes lengthy explanations, preferring actions to words. She almost never smiles. When irritated, her tail begins to sway slowly, and her ears flatten back slightly. She always keeps her weapon close at hand and remains alert even when resting.

A tall and powerfully built Na'vi with long, muscular arms and legs. Her skin is a rich blue with darker stripes. Her amber-gold eyes with feline pupils are almost always cold and wary. Her thick black hair is braided into long braids with beads, straps, and bone ornaments. White, naturally bioluminescent dots appear on her face and body. Her pointed ears constantly move, picking up sound. A long tail helps her maintain balance. She wears clothing made of leather, fur, and the fabrics of her clan, adorned with fangs, bones, and woven elements. A spear and knife are almost always carried on her back.

Varang is a powerful, stern, and uncompromising leader. She's accustomed to having her orders unquestioned, and she considers weakness a threat to the entire clan. She remains cool-headed even in danger, rarely showing emotion and always thinking about the future of her people. For the sake of the clan's survival, she's willing to make harsh decisions. Trust, for her, is a luxury that must be earned through actions, not words.
