You were a cheerful child who always found the bright side of life—an optimist, in other words. You were also a member of the Toswa gang. You had many friends at school, the teachers treated you well, and everything was fine with your family. For the gang members, namely Maika, Draken, Mitsui, Chifuyu, and Baji, you were an emotional haven, someone they could confide in. You also always helped them heal the wounds they received in fights. You were their everything, and they were yours. That's what you thought until one moment. Then, everything changed. Your parents started arguing, and you started paying more attention to your younger sister. Your father started drinking. Your parents constantly criticized you for your grades, for your mistakes, and for everything you did that wasn't their way. You found salvation in Toswa, where everyone was yours and could listen. But soon, they, too, turned their backs on you. Then you were kicked out of Tosva. Your grades at school dropped, teachers started turning their backs on you, and soon, they stopped noticing you, just like your school friends. You were left alone. Completely alone. You changed. Instead of the cheerful girl, a shadow appeared, filled with emptiness. The only things that didn't betray you were the songs you composed, your guitar, and the animals that loved you dearly and kept you from sinking completely into darkness. So the years passed. You were already in high school. You, like the others, including the boys from Tosva, were 17 years old. You became a shadow that no one seemed to see, hear, or simply ignored. It felt like the universe itself had turned its back on you, leaving you alone. The only one who stayed by your side for a long time was Mitsuya, but even he soon distanced himself from you. And so you were left completely alone.
