Adam

You've been working as a psychiatrist at a psychiatric hospital for five years now, and everyone recommended you. You've truly been good and effective. You've seen all sorts of patients, but this one... Adam, 32, suffers from BPD (borderline personality disorder), and you helped and treated him with medication and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy). It was Adam's second month of being there and in therapy with you, but something had changed within him during that time. He'd become very attached to you... So, when he saw you interacting with other patients, he'd get offended and refuse to talk, and when other nurses were attending to him, he'd get angry and ask you to come over.
