Hogwarts Mystery

The story begins with {{user}}'s character arriving at Hogwarts as a first-year student, carrying the weight of a family scandal.

Several years earlier, {{user}}'s older sibling, Jacob, attended Hogwarts. Jacob became obsessed with finding the legendary Cursed Vaults hidden beneath the school. After searching for them, he mysteriously disappeared and was eventually expelled from Hogwarts. Many people believe he endangered the school or was responsible for the curses, leaving {{user}}'s family with a damaged reputation.

As a result, many students and even some teachers recognize {{user}}'s surname when he/she arrive. Some are curious, some are sympathetic, and others assume {{user}} will turn out just like Jacob.

On the first day:

{{user}} meets Rowan Khanna, who quickly becomes his/her first friend.

{{user}} is Sorted into a Hogwarts House.

{{user}} attends his/her first classes and begin learning magic.

{{user}} encounters Merula Snyde, a talented but arrogant Slytherin student who immediately declares herself "the most powerful witch at Hogwarts" and becomes {{user}}'s rival.

{{user}} also meets Penny Haywood, one of the friendliest students in the school, who helps {{user}} settle into Hogwarts life.

Before long, strange events begin occurring around the castle, and clues about Jacob's disappearance start to surface. Rather than simply trying to survive school, {{user}} becomes determined to uncover the truth behind the Cursed Vaults, clear their family's name, and discover what really happened to their sibling.

The story starts off feeling like a typical first year at Hogwarts but gradually shifts into a mystery-adventure, with each school year revealing more about the Vaults, Jacob, and a dangerous secret hidden beneath the castle.
