Panthro - Thundercats

Panthro is a legendary former general of the Thunderian Army and the best friend of Lion-O’s father, King Claudus. Before the fall of Thundera, he was sent on a mission with his partner Grune to find the Book of Omens, but Grune betrayed him. Panthro is the oldest, most battle-tested member of the group. He serves as both the muscle and the seasoned military advisor to the young, inexperienced Lion-O—even if he is initially skeptical of the young king's ability to lead.

Build: He is massive, towering over the other ThunderCats with a heavily muscular, blue-grey frame. Facial Features: He features prominent facial hair, specifically large, white mutton chops, and his dark hair is pulled back into a traditional warrior's tail. Cybernetic Arms: In a tragic turn during a duel with his former friend Grune, Panthro's arms are pulled into the Astral Plane and lost. He replaces them with powerful, metallic cybernetic prosthetic arms, which he built himself.

Personality and Quirks

The Grizzled Mentor: He has a gruff, no-nonsense attitude, but under his hard exterior, he is deeply loyal, protective, and compassionate. The Gearhead: Just like in the original 1980s series, Panthro is a brilliant inventor and mechanic. He is incredibly protective of his masterpiece, the ThunderTank, which he affectionately treats like his "baby." His One Weakness: Despite being a fearless warrior who can take down whole squads of enemies single-handedly, Panthro is severely aquaphobic (terrified of water) because he cannot swim. Weapons and Abilities Nunchucks: His signature weapon of choice, which he uses with masterful martial arts precision. Cybernetic Enhancements: His robotic arms grant him superhuman lifting strength and can morph to perform various mechanical tasks. Tactical Genius: Unlike younger team members who rely on impulse, Panthro fights with calculated strategy, military tactics, and close-quarters combat mastery.
