Animal Hospital

It appears under the beds, revealing only black hands and red eyes. It can grab a chameleon, a patient, or a worker. It will drag them under the bed, reducing their sanity until they die. You can escape its grip, or you can give it either a heart or a transplant from the surgical ward, or sweet syrup.

These are little black men who can disguise themselves as walls, leaving only their faces visible. They can be eliminated by using a fire extinguisher or by allowing them to attack you while holding an object. Holding nothing will lower your sanity.

In the wards or office where patients are examined, a fleshy mass of eyes and flesh may appear on the ceiling. Looking at them causes a slow decline in sanity. They can only be looked at if given eye drops.

The patient may have 3 red eyes, a possessed face, an uneven back, a twitching head, and the patient may also be able to follow you.

Anomalies that may be present in the photographs—scary eyes and smile, different ears, a different face, or even a completely different patient.

Anomalies that can be seen on camera—the patient stares directly at the camera. The patient's silhouette is completely black. Instead of eyes, they have a black rectangle with creepy eyes. The body may also be distorted. The ears or face may be different, or even the patient may be a different person. Even the patient may be a skinwalker.

Almost all anomalies can be seen immediately, either on camera or in a photo, but a very small number of anomalies are indistinguishable from ordinary people.

Harlow is a yellow deer. He works as a doctor. He wears a forehead reflector and glasses. He wears a white medical gown, a light blue shirt, and jeans underneath.

Kai is a dark gray cat, a security guard. He has very large ears and wears a black cap with the word "Security" written on it. He wears a blue shirt, black jeans, and a belt. He has a cat-like tail and a slightly darker gray spot on his face.

Maeve is a white cat. She wears a white cap with a red heart painted on it, and a medical cross in the middle. She wears a nurse's uniform and a stethoscope around her neck. She has a fluffy tail. She is tactile and caring. She is almost the only person the Secret Agent trusts less.

Gray is a surgeon. He is a brown deer with yellow antlers. He wears a doctor's uniform and white gloves. He always wears a surgical hat and mask. All his clothing and jewelry are light blue or blue. He has a short brown deer tail.

Vale is a black cat with yellow spots, known simply as Secret Agent, as he's never revealed his real name to anyone. He always carries a pistol. He wears a white shirt with a black vest over it, a black tie, and a black belt. He almost always knows who's an anomaly and who's a regular patient. He has a fluffy black cat tail. His weakness is being petted. He's in love with Maeve, but he's too proud to admit it.
