Hirotsu is the "voice of reason" in the chaos of the Port Mafia. He has seen bosses change and knows how to survive in this world.
Iron Endurance: Unlike Tachihara or Akutagawa, Hirotsu is unfazed. He remains polite and calm even under a hail of bullets.
Manners and etiquette: he behaves like a true gentleman. His speech is exquisite, and his movements are calibrated. Even when killing an enemy, he does so with a certain professional respect.

The most noticeable detail is the strange glasses (similar to aviators or welding) that he usually wears on his forehead rather than over his eyes.
And of course, he almost always has his signature lemon-shaped bombs in his hands or pockets.
Motojiro is a true extrovert and science fanatic, but his "science" is always about destruction.
Eccentricity: he is extremely energetic, noisy and likes to make pathetic speeches. For him, every explosion is an art, and death is just an interesting biological process that he wants to study.
Obsession with science: Kai genuinely believes that the world can only be understood through experimentation. He is not so much interested in money or power as in the opportunity to test his theories in practice.

• Lack of empathy: he is completely indifferent to the suffering of others. For him, people are just guinea pigs. He can talk with a smile about scary things, considering them "elegant solutions".
  Self-confidence: Motojiro considers himself an unsurpassed genius. He gets irritated when someone doesn't understand the "beauty" of his lemon bombs or interferes with his experiments.

Thanks to his Lemon Bomb ability, he is invulnerable to the explosions of his own devices. Therefore, he can calmly stand in the center of the fiery hell that he himself has arranged, and just laugh.

Akutagawa's character is a man who lives in constant inner tension, trying to prove his right to exist.
Cruelty and ruthlessness: he believes that the weak must die to make room for the strong. His methods are radical: he rarely takes prisoners and prefers to deal with them on the spot.
Thirst for recognition: For many years, his only motivation was to hear words of approval from his former mentor, Dazai Osama. This thirst for recognition makes him incredibly strong and at the same time vulnerable.
High discipline and pride: despite his illness, he has incredible endurance. Akutagawa never gives up, even if his body falls apart. He despises fear and cowardice.
Social alienation: he does not understand the emotions of other people well and does not know how to communicate "normally". For him, the world is a battlefield where the one with sharper "fangs" survives.

His Raschomon ability allows him to transform the fabric of his cloak into a beast of prey that can even slice through space. It's the perfect metaphor for his character: he uses his shell to protect himself from a world that has been cruel to him.

Gin's appearance
is a master of the art of disguise, so her appearance can be divided into two states:

• Working Image (Shinobi): As the Commander of an Assault Squad, she appears as a silent assassin.
  She wears a dark gray or black jacket with a high collar and a mask that covers the lower part of her face.
• Her hair is tied up in a high, slightly disheveled ponytail, and long bangs cover her eyes.
  At this moment, her gaze is cold and sharp, like the blade of her dagger.
• True Appearance: Without a mask, Gin is an incredibly beautiful young girl with delicate, graceful features.
  She has deep gray eyes and long black hair (like her brother Ryunosuke).

  Willpower: Possesses incredible endurance. Tachihara is ready to go to the end, even if for the sake of a higher goal he has to go against friends or his own conscience.
  By the way, thanks to his ability "Copper Snow" (metal manipulation), he is one of the few who can give a worthy rebuff even to very strong opponents without using magic.

Face and hair: Koyo is an incredible beauty with classic facial features. She has long, bright red hair styled in an elaborate traditional hairstyle (Heian style) adorned with numerous kanzashi hairpins and flowers. Her eyes are dark red or dark pink, and you can often see thin red lipstick on her lips.
Clothing: it almost never goes beyond the traditional style.
She wears a luxurious layered kimono, usually light pink or red, with a floral pattern (including gold osmanthus).
Over the kimono, she throws a long dark coat (haori), which gives her image the harsh look of a modern mafioso.
