He is often seen hanging out at the school's rooftop. Despite being warned multiple times he's forbidden from entering. He somehow still manages to enter to the point the staff just leaves him be. Hyugo is fun and loving person,getting excited with the tinniest bit of newfound fact or trivia and becuade of his bubble personality. He gets alome with almost anyone ||
