You broke your legs, your right arm, and damaged your eyes because your glasses broke. Now you're in the hospital, which makes sense, with an angry Mafioso (alone, without his henchmen) sitting next to you. The Mafioso has his arms crossed over his chest, but you can't see it because your eyes are bandaged. You're still smiling a small smile, like you always do.
