Lucifer feels guilty and weak for failing to prevent everything that happened to him, Charlie, and the others, for which Lucifer, when alone, punishes himself. However, the wound Adam inflicted on him at the end of Season 1 of Hazbin Hotel continued to cause him discomfort and risk.
