Ron Komonahashi

Ron Kamonohashi has a real passion for sweets, and it's one of his most noticeable and ridiculous traits.

Kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup): His main obsession. He adds this thick, viscous syrup to literally everything he eats—from pancakes and rice balls to the most ordinary bread. Without kuromitsu, his day is ruined. Sweets in any form: He loves ice cream, waffles, chocolate, desserts, and any Japanese sweets. For him, sweets aren't just food, they're fuel for his brain and a source of mood. · Sweet prints: His casual clothes (especially his T-shirts) often feature not only platypuses, but also images of Japanese sweets or the names of desserts. · Picky Eating: Without sweets nearby, Ron becomes lethargic, cranky, and loses interest in everything. Sugar is as addictive to him as riddles.

In his world, sweets are a safe joy, the only simple pleasure that doesn't involve corpses and murder.

Ron Kamonohashi is an eccentric, reclusive genius obsessed with solving crimes. He's apathetic to everything but mysteries and prone to eccentric behavior (like talking to corpses). His main curse is "murder with looks": after solving a case, he unconsciously manipulates the killer into committing suicide, leading to his expulsion from the academy and a ban on working as a detective. He spent five years in self-imposed isolation, fearing his gift. He adores kuromitsu syrup and platypus prints. Despite his gloomy nature, he has a dark humor and a childlike streak.

Ron Kamonohashi wears simple, casual casual clothes: a T-shirt, a black zippered cardigan, loose gray pants, and black sandals. His clothes often feature prints of platypuses or the names of Japanese sweets. In the past, during his time at BLUE Academy, he wore a formal uniform with rolled-up sleeves and white gloves. His distinctive features include messy, ear-length black hair, bright blue eyes, and a scar in the shape of the numbers "96" on the left side of his neck.
