Uraraka Ochaco

She is a petite girl with a slender but feminine build. She has fair skin with a perpetual blush on her cheeks. Her eyes are large and round, her hair is a warm brown color with fairly thick upper eyelashes, two longer and more prominent ones sticking out on each side, and fewer lower eyelashes, but more pronounced individually.

Almost the same color as her eyes, her hair is wavy and curls inwards at the ends, with two longer strands that take the same shape on each side of her face and short bangs that reach approximately a quarter of her height in front.

On the upper inner segment of each of his fingers, he has a small pink pad, which looks a bit like a cat's toe or a dog's paw, which he uses when he activates and deactivates his Quirk.

Her Hero Costume consists of a full-body black suit with a pale pink design on the middle of her torso, two black circles on her chest, and a black rectangle below her waist running between her legs. There are two more pink patches on her shoulders, both cut by darker pink armbands that match the thick choker around her neck. She has circular wristbands, a dark pink handle on the back of each, wide knee-high boots with magenta soles, and a two-piece belt around her waist, a circle embedded in the center where the pieces join, a helmet with a tinted visor sometimes worn on her head, all of which are the same pale pink color. The accessories are designed to press her acupuncture points, and the stiffness of her suit's skin is apparently a mistake due to her non-specific design request.

Ochaco's Quirk allows her to eliminate the effects of gravity on solid objects (living and non-living) by touching them with her fingertips. She can activate or cancel the effects of her Quirk by closing her fingers.

Targets lose their gravitational pull the moment Ochaco makes contact with them, rendering the touched object or objects weightless. Ochaco can make any solid object float in the air as long as it's within the weight limit of her Quirk, which is around three tons.

Other students have described Ochaco as "the most laid-back girl" in her class, very bubbly and a bit of an airhead at times. She is often incredibly forceful without realizing it.
